  1. Explain Process – COI, First Letter;
  2. Explain requirement for VOI (Ask what ID documents they have at this time – deal with Birth Certificate application etc);
  3. Banking Details – explain:
    • 2 factor process (this call + COI or SMS);
    • Advise client not to act on email or SMS communication from us without first calling on this phone number to verify the legitimacy of the communication.
  4. Anything you want us to know about or have any queries regarding the Property?
