- Explain Process – COI, First Letter;
- Explain requirement for VOI (Ask what ID documents they have at this time – deal with Birth Certificate application etc);
- Banking Details – explain:
- 2 factor process (this call + COI or SMS);
- Advise client not to act on email or SMS communication from us without first calling on this phone number to verify the legitimacy of the communication.
- Anything you want us to know about or have any queries regarding the Property?
- Ask about any particular plans for the Property
- INSURANCE: Please note that the Property is at your risk from 5:00pm on the first business day following the Contract Date. You must take out insurance over the Property.
